Evaluation + 45 Min Massage
$100
For those looking to begin their journey with massage!
You and I will work together to understand and reach your wants, needs, and goals. We will use orthopedic tests and evidence-based practices combined with your thoughts and experiences to create a tailored treatment plan to provide you the most benefit.
If you haven’t done so already, I would highly recommend filling out an evaluation form so we can get you started as smoothly as possible. Any context you think is relevant is important! Better to have “too much” information than not enough.

Therapeutic Massage
$120 (per hour)
The main form of massage I practice!
I mainly utilize Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, and Myofascial release, along with a multitude of other modalities based on your needs and goals. One of the things we’ll be looking for are sore spots within your soft tissue and/or places of dysfunction.
During the session, we are always working together! You get final say in everything we do. That also means you are responsible for communicating your wants and needs.
To get the most out of your sessions clear and constant communication is key. This is especially important when we are first beginning to work together. You can still do what you feel is good for you during the session (i.e. sleep, meditate, chat, etc.), we just want to make sure we’re keeping the session safe and comfortable for both of us.
Massages can be as long as 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Price is scaled up or down based on amount of time requested.
Massage Packages

Typical treatment plans often require multiple visits, based on what we are trying to address and/or prevent. Usually, the more consistently we can work together, the better the progress towards your goals.
If you commit to booking 2 or more massages at a time, each additional massage will discount ALL packaged visits. I understand massage is an expensive therapy, especially when considering the amount of time and dedication required. These packages are the best financial option I can offer in relation to consistent, effective treatment.
You are not required to pay the entire sum up front. You can pay per visit so long as you commit to the agreed number of visits.
* If the agreed number of visits are not met without any prior communication and after a 3 month hiatus from the date of the last prior visit all previous visits must be payed for at the price based on final visit number *
